This is basically a better/upgraded version of the moto g play 2021 that I got for $79.00 brand new more than a year ago, that phone has 3gb of ram and 32gb built in storage while this has 4gb of ram, 64gb built in storage, better processor and the triple camera, decent phone but not a "slick" deal at $129.
I would say if this was $79 as of now in late 2022 during the holidays and going towards 2023 then it would be a pretty good deal, at $129 not so much.

We have been using this model since the summer last year. It's been working fine with RedPocket (ATT MVNO) and Hello Mobile (TMo MVNO). This is a great price for what this phone offers.

This is a pretty good phone for light users - it is what I get my kids, and it works well for their use (light gaming, texting friends, video chats, texting me). I use one as well as I'm not much of a power user (calls/work emails/Teams/camera). It isn't the fastest but for our use category it does the job.

For what it is worth we use wrap-around, fully encapsulating cases. The only broken screen has happened when I had one out of the case and dropped it on concrete. Impacted a corner first and shattered the screen. But for the price, I just got another for that kid.

LMAO I've been using the 2020 model and have never had an issue even with games like PUBG...I think I paid around this amount too. best phone I ever had for the money hands down.nod
