Not sure why this was deleted but BE VERY CAREFUL when buying the cards at the store. Some of them have been tampered with. You must open the cards to examine the PBH number and make sure it matches the card you are buying. It doesn't matter if the package looks sealed. The card inside could be tampered with and the numbers stolen OR it's another card inside that is a dummy card but you are activating the scammer's card they already have. Don't risk losing any of your hard earned money. Target is responsible but they point to Apple. Apple points to Target but could use better technology to prevent this. Once you purchase, go to the coffee shop in the store and add them to your Apple account ASAP.

Read the horror stories from the past sales, especially when they did $20. There are scammers will to redeem your physical card, not knowing the physical cards you bought were placed by them so they know the # and pin too.
Buy online ONLY and have the Apple egift email to you where you redeem it immediately to your Apple account.

So you'll have to find a store with $50 or $100 denomination cards, stores in my area were flooded with $15, $25 but not even a single $50 or $100 card, except for a single store, I found since I was there for something else.
I've never understood how scammers can get the card number, when the Apple gift card is sealed in an envelope. Wouldn't the envelope show the tampering?
