Keep in mind that the 5 cannot connect to the 4 if you already have a 5. Just a heads up.

I've been considering getting one of these for my mom so she can listen to music while gardening but she listens to radio. Any suggestions?

As long as she listens through her phone/streams radio on her phone, this can definitely output the sound through BT. I love mine.

FYI. Flip 5 slightly better bass extension than 6.Is Not ip67 water resistant and is missing the tweeter of the Flip 6. Therefore the flip 6 has better treble and adjustable eq.

Flip 6 no longer comes with a case. $20 diff. Tough decisions.

Charge 5 sounds better than both with better frequency response at the cost of price and size.

If she's set on listening to a particular local station, see if it's on iheartradio or sometimes I think stations have online streaming. I personally never listen to the radio (can't stand commercials), either Sirius or Spotify for me.
