You'd likely need a caster with an appropriately sized threaded stem to screw into the bottom of each leg, I'm assuming this is possible because it is on my table saw. If you want to use these though, you can by simply making a wooden base for the table saw and attaching these casters to the bottom. Basically you'd be making a simple moving Dolly to sit the table saw on top of, and you'd ofc want to secure the legs so they can't slide off.
