these cheap phones are great to keep at in the car, at work, or in your bag just in case for emergencies. just remember to at least use them about once a month to keep them active else they could go inactive and then game over.

Yes. If you wait 60 days before transferring the minutes/airtime and haven't added 4+ lines to your account already, you'll also get 10k points per line. 20k points is worth much more than 120 (60*2) days of airtime, so that's usually the way to go (plus then you can unlock the phones and make them more useful as a donation if you just care about the airtime.)

Buying 1 HSN bundle will only give 15,000 points. The free phone coupon doesn't have a min price requirement. You can use a $300 coupon on a $15 flip phone if you wanted.

I ordered the exact same phone last month for free after using $200 off coupon and guess what happened?
After 2 weeks and atleast 10 calls ( each call for approximately 40mins long ) they cancelled the order and didn't even email me.
Last call they told me it's canceled because of low inventory so i ordered a different phone but they never shipped the second one either.
Im done with tracfone.

Bummer. Guess their customer services have gone south since V takeover. I also lost 2 years of services after they forced me to move one of my lines from ATT to V.
