these cheap phones are great to keep at in the car, at work, or in your bag just in case for emergencies. just remember to at least use them about once a month to keep them active else they could go inactive and then game over.

Yes. If you wait 60 days before transferring the minutes/airtime and haven't added 4+ lines to your account already, you'll also get 10k points per line. 20k points is worth much more than 120 (60*2) days of airtime, so that's usually the way to go (plus then you can unlock the phones and make them more useful as a donation if you just care about the airtime.)

Is 1200 minutes per phone or 1200 between 2 phones.
Are all INCOMING voice calls free on this line. Minutes get deducted if making outgoing voice calls.

Is there a way to keep track of calls made online via a website.

1200 minutes per phone - and incoming AND outgoing are all counted toward that total.

or
activate it when turn on the flip phone?

You go to the link you posted. It won't activate until you choose activate. I don't know about these flip phones but other flip phones did a lot of updating when I activated. Try connecting to wifi before you activate.

TF say you CANNOT deactive one line, and move the balance to another line. They said once you deactivate the line, the balance in that line is gone.

That is correct.
After combining balances, the donor line will automatically deactivate.
Read the mini-guide.
ETA: you can reactivate within 60 days and reclaim the balance and maybe the same phone number. See Terms&Conditions.
