That's when the fun began. When I contacted Support, they basically wrote back each time with the attitude, "You're worse than Hitler. You are banned." They wouldn't tell me what I did wrong, and basically acted like it was sub-judice. "What about my gift card?" "You don't get that back." I couldn't believe it.

I purchased 5 through my iPad using Safari. I received the codes 13 minutes later. I purchased another 5 about 3 hours later, again with my iPad and also received those 13 minutes later. All redeemed fine. I only mentioned what device I used to purchase because someone mentioned there may be issues purchasing through some devices.
