Got mine delivered. It arrived damaged. Looks like it was previously opened, so I'm betting a previous return. . There was a nice crack in the back and there was a bunch of white stuff on one of the rear corners.

Samsung says they don't exchange. So I have to do a return, wait for them to get it, and then wait for a refund. Then I'll have to reorder.

EDU Program shows $2449

Update:

Chat with the rep and require free samsung care+ 2 years and approved with a free Xbox controller.

Amazing.
Also don't be so hasty to checkout before you see the savings on the sound bar. Now I'm kicking myself for not bundling together because you can save an extra couple hundred.

I will never order from Samsung directly when purchasing anything. It took me nearly 3 months to get my Kichenwares when they promised 2 day delivery when I made an order. Their designated freight company also had bad reputation of postponing delivery date. One time, fridge came broken and had to wait few more months on this. Better off buying from Bestbuy or other electronics stores.

I just received my 75" QN90B and now after playing with it for a week I can honestly say tizen sucks. The tv is great picture wise, tizen is so clunky it reminds me of a tv os from 10 years ago. I plan on getting a 85" in either this model or another QN90B for another room (pretty much the same models) but like a lot of others have said plan on using a external media player like a fire tv etc. The viewing angles on this are just as good as oled and I'm willing to bet most people can't tell if it is a oled or not.

Tizen is is terrible. Almost as cluttered as smartcast.

I'm so torn. This or 77" LG G2 for $2750?
I actually have a $200 off $2000 Amex offer to make it $2250 plus tax for this one. I don't do a lot of gaming, mostly sports and movies.

Yeah, took me like 2 times I believe to finally get a good screen. First order I did came destroyed (75" 8K tv) a couple of months ago.

I ordered an 85" after as price came down with a coupon. $2900 out the door with 3 year warranty.

These freight companies are ruthless , but the savings you can potentially receive is worth it.

I don't like the bezel design in this tv though , I would opt for the QN800B or wait a while and get the QN900B which will come down in price.

G2 is superior in every category but overall brightness , but 85" size is beautiful if you have the wall space.

If you don't game then I would recommend 83" C1 for $3k, Oled will always have superior image.

This is a deal, tv was $4500+ not to long ago.

Save $250 a month for a year and by this exact time in 12 months you'll have the money to purchase a premium tv for an excellent price. Exactly what I did, takes time but you'll be surprised how easy you can put money away when you want something.

I am with you! Same "issue" here, but the bigger size at same prize had me order this. If I am disappointed by the picture quality, it'll go back and i'll order an OLED.

I have the wall space for up to 85". 85" would be so glorious.

I didn't consider the c1 because it's the older model, but maybe I will.

I just noticed that I can return my oled from Lowe's in January. I'm going to try this one too

My qn95 is arriving Friday. Got them to include a free 2 yr warranty by chatting first. If you don't care about the warranty they first offered free install ($120 cost).
