Same thing except it doesn't have a heatsink (used to lower temperatures on the M.2). If you're planning on using it for the PS5, I highly recommend getting one with the heatsink.

Not seeing the 10% cash back, - only 5%. The one without heatsink is $10 cheaper and has 10% cashback instead of 5%. I'm in for one of those since my motherboard already has the heatsinks. Score!

I swear it was earlier but looks like it's no longer there. And yup! I went with the non-heatsink models since my motherboard is the same.
