I played a couple of CoD games (MW and WW2). I played the campaign mode and I loved it. I'm assuming this one have one too and if so is it any good too?

Yeah, Vanguard has a campaign...honestly though, even at this price I'm finding it hard to recommend. There were only two or three missions I'd rate better-than-average, and overall it felt like it wasted an interesting premise. I thought SHG's last entry, CoD WWII, was better and I still wouldn't count it as one of the best campaigns in the series. Maybe with multiplayer included you'll get your money's worth, but I haven't played Vanguard online in months so I can't really say what state it's in now.

Ahhh damn *sighs* OK cool. I wanted something different to play. Something a different pace because I don't really play CoD games but I like the couple of campaigns I played. I'm more of a "Destiny" person.

Yeah out of the three developers, Infinity Ward (best known for the Modern Warfare series) is definitely the most consistent at delivering solid singleplayer campaigns - even Ghosts and Infinite Warfare, which were pretty maligned on release, at least had pretty good singleplayer campaigns and imo it was their saving grace. Any of the Infinity Ward CoD's are worth checking out for their campaigns at $20 or less imo.

Then there's Treyarch - maybe you'd be interested in Cold War, interesting campaign that definitely had more standout moments than Vanguard even if it was a bit of a step back from the previous year's MW reboot in some ways. As for their overall record...CoD 3 had its moments for sure, WAW & Black Ops 1 + 2 were up there with the IW's entries as my all time favorites...but stay clear of Black Ops 3 and 4 lol.

Sledgehammer's the newest dev, they've made 3 games so far and honestly - at least in my opinion - I wouldn't call any of them great though that's not to say they're all bad either. Advanced Warfare was hugely disappointing for me at the time though I still go back to it once in a while - I just find didn't like how linear some of the levels are despite you having a jetpack, some of the instant-fail parts were VERY annoying, and I wasn't big on the direction the story took halfway through. WWII was probably their best effort and I'd definitely recommend it over Vanguard, just don't expect it to be perfect. And Vanguard...well, you know how I feel about that one already. Makes my bottom five for sure.

Hopefully all that helps if you're still looking XD, good luck!

Thanks for the recommendations! I played Ghosts, WaW and WW2 but I don't remember the story lines for none of them really. I know the one that had Ice Cube in it was pretty good. I'm more of a "one and done" person for games. Unless it's something about it that stands out strong then I definitely won't forget. But I will try Black Ops 1 and 2 for sure.

Give warzone 2.0 a try. It's f2p. It's got good headset support.

That's bad right? Because you can't return opened games for full price back.
