I like these far better than the amazon ones. App is much easier to use than Alexa, though at this point it doesn't matter because they have stopped working anyway.
Thanks OP - I have a couple of these from Amazon Alexa promos and/or Amazon bundle deals. Looks like I paid $0.99 once, $3.49 once, as well as getting one in a bundle with an Alexa promotion.
A couple of those deals were this time of year last year so I'm tempted to hold off to see if Amazon offers another deal this year. Just started using Home Assistant, and need a couple more of these to turn on a couple living room lamps based on us turning on the downstairs hallway light from upstairs when coming down in the morning. Didn't know I needed the energy monitoring until I saw that Home Assistant shows wattage used etc.
I have 8 of the older (not energy monitoring) HS105s that sit in a drawer most of the year and come out for holidays - nice to avoid having to walk around turning on/off 13 window candles and a tree.
I have several and use them every single day. From heaters and fans in my living and bedroom to the strip light in my utility room to the Air Wick air freshener in my kitchen. (I'm actually about to replace that one. It's a Wyze and it won't update the firmware.)
Just to be clear -- these (KP125) are different than the ones that have been cheap or free in the past. These apparently have built-in HomeKit support, which should mean local control (no internet connection needed when using with HomeKit). HomeKit support was promised at one point for the other models, but was never implemented (if I remember correctly).
If you have the other models and use something like Home Assistant, there is a way to use local control for most firmwares (local functionality was removed for some devices in some countries). Anyway, it's very confusing, so having built-in HomeKit support is a nice feature.
I don't know if anybody else is having this problem but mine are going offline a lot I have to keep my resetting them. They probably need an update from the company and I wonder if anybody else is having his problem. Thanks

Maybe I'll use them one day.

I still think the google home smart speaker for $30 was the best as far as speaker quality.

Amazon sold some for $1 or two during the last prime sale I believe
