Yep if you have the highest plan Protect Plus.
For extended warranty coverage to apply to your Ring device, the device must be within its original warranty period when you subscribe to Ring Protect Plus. Once the original warranty expires, the device will be covered under Ring protect Plus until you discontinue your subscription. Non-Ring and other third-party devices are not eligible for the extended warranty.
The 1536p version is sold for $260
Is that what I should select to trade in my 2019 model of the Ring Video Doorbell Pro? It seems odd that the first trade-in option says 'Upgraded', but the 'Upgraded' is the item I'm actually trying to purchase.

That's interesting to see, although to be honest the bigger reason for me is the taller image in the fisheye view, and the ability to ignore motion that's far away. Those made it "worth it" to upgrade for me.

Now the fun part - I called Ring and they ran through troubleshooting steps, eventually telling me that it needs to be replaced - but they can't replace it because it's sold through Amazon, which I don't understand. But they flatly refused. I imagine if I had been outside of the return period, and within the warranty period, they would have been willing to do a warranty exchange? I don't know what the deal is with refusing the replace this item.
So I chat with Amazon, and they told me that they cannot do a replacement, only a return/rebuy, but I would lose my 20% promo because it's a "one time" promo and cannot be reused. I tried every which way and just could not get a different answer. I asked if they can just credit my account with $20 but they said no.
Some of us were affected by the cracked button issue that Ring refuses to fix. If they sent me a replacement button I would have replaced it myself, but I guess it requires disassembling the Ring Pro so they didn't want to deal with the mess of customers messing up the replacement and then going back to them for even more issues.
I was actually hunting for a broken "for parts" Ring Pro on eBay to harvest the button out of, got lazy, and then saw this deal.
