It is 100% for sure but per as usual, these are unfortunately very high quality and best of what I have tried within the price range. I have used solo 3 and bose qc 45 and these apples as daily's and I did not like them at first because my ears were used to the Bose and solo 3 but after one month, I only use AP Max. Only when battery is low I use the solo 3 and Bose. They are very expensive even at $429 and I would like to buy another one at $359 or $379.

It sucks because I wear it at the gym and when I go lay down to bench press it slides off my head. That's the only thing that sucks about these is that they are heavy and they do move around and get scratched, etc. Sound quality is great. Very well balanced. Not too bassy. It took some time to getting used to but Im so used to the clarity now.

I cannot say that they are not high quality or they are not worth the money(probably not the full price anyways)

There are many haters/lovers of anything Apple. It's somewhat similar to a BMW, yeah, you can always get yourself a Ford/GMC/Toyota/KIA//yaddayadda for less and accomplish the same thing, but if you have an eye/appreciation for unique style and/or engineering, you go for the BMW (if you can afford it).

That is not to say BMW doesn't have issues, everything ever built does, but sexy is sexy and sometimes worth the price.

The Sony XM5's are great headphones, technically probably even better than these in some respects, but they still feel/look like cheap China knockoffs compared to these when you're wearing them.
