That might be it but we have to wait for other people to report it. I'm still waiting for delivery, so I'm in the wondering phase of which one is it Highlander Pro, New Blackhawk or now maybe old Blackhawk. I know how you feel though bait and switch sucks! Contact best buy and see what they can do for you.

Just got it delivered and it is the Highlander Pro as shown in the images on best buy's site. Handle bars were already attached to the head unit you just need to screw it into the stem. The packaging isn't that good, the stem rest freely on one side and handle bar display unit on the other. Also the Hidden menu isn't working
