These should be about $5 max. It's tiny and low quality plastic.

I agree that there is no way these are $19 normally, Amazon lists the Skye one for $12 normally and even that seems high. But these will work well for potty training prizes, thanks OP!

Supply chain and inflation have priced these at $12, but to make it look like a deal, pricing it at $19.
