So, CR rated the Shark S7001 as one of their top picks for "Steam Mops." #1 was a $150 Bissell PowerFresh (79), #2 was also a Bissell PowerFresh at $150 (78), and in third place at a similar score of 78, was the Shark S7001 (at a tested price of $160). Now, this is a Shark S7000. Believe it or not, there's actually a
website that explains the differences [vacuumcleanerreviewszone.com] between the S7000 and S7001 model. If you want to TLDR the website - basically the S7001 has LED headlights and comes with some extra pads that the S7000 does not have, but otherwise appears essentially the same one CR Recommended at a score of 78... one point less than their #1 rated model.
The above said, the lowest I found this selling new was on eBay for $120, but at Walmart, Amazon, and Best Buy, looks like the lowest prices are in the $130's for the S7000 new. So, at $60, this seems like a good deal to me.
