I don't think anyone buys cinnamon toast crunch spread for nutrition. That said this stuff is pretty tasty.

These are pretty tasty actually but not for everyone. Also, given that as you mentioned brown sugar and canola oil are the top two ingredients, it is actually quite easy to caramelize some brown sugar (or brown sugar alternative) with coconut oil and get something just as sweet as these ones.

The list is pulled directly from the Ingredients label on the product. Ingredients are listed in order of amount (highest first etc.).
