Agreed. This one is older version with wifi5 the walmart one is the newer wifi 6

I have a fair mesh system now, I will stick with it until it either dies, or I start getting WiFi 6 (and soon 7) devices

Please be aware. Walmart have send me email twice different transaction that item already arrive but eventually i never get the item and there is no way to report the issue online. I bought alot of thing fron ebay, amazon and other. Never have this issue. Walmart steal money from customer.

most likely its the delivery person stealing your deliveries. ive had this happen one time where the doordash delivery driver stole my 5-tier shelf. instead of taking a picture of the item delivered on our front porch the delivery picture they took was from across the street showing the whole front of the house. now if they didnt scream 'what a crock of shit' i dont know what does. we were at home waiting and watching the driver. also got it on the security with them and their car. they refunded with a small compensation for our troubles. note that they no longer use doordash for delivery.

It's high time you get a wifi 6e router or mesh system. This version loses at all fronts for me.

But for $100 it's not worth it upgrading to this from an older router/non mesh system?

IMHO no!! I've had 2 of these routers before I upgraded to orbi. One as my main router and other in AP mode.

Price is up to $86 on Amazon. I missed the Costco deal on a NetGear Nighthawk AX5400 wifi 6 router so I had to bite the bullet on the Nighthawk AX3000 Wifi 6 Mesh System. I don't need that much coverage but haven't found anything priced right.
