I did mine the other day and it went smoothly this time. Proper trade-in credit adjustment made, including the tax difference.

Anyone with firsthand, recent experience dropping off their trade in-store for online orders like described in this thread:
I believe they automatically send you a box to ship the trade to them. Do the reps at BB know how,
OR can I help them figure out how to adjust and refund the difference on the spot while dropping trade off there, instead of waiting for their mail-in method to process the trade?
Their cashier and people on duty last time I tried didn't seem to know how. Do I need a cell phone employee specialist or what other tips, please?
I have made my order with trade for store pickup and hoping to be able to trade when picking it up.
