Now, I am worried that I will only get $110 refund back to my card, instead of $460 ($110 + $350). Anyone has similar experience when picking up online order with trade-in?
Turns out the promo discount was applied correctly and the trade in value was applied correctly as a gift card (so tax was on $150). They redid the purchase and my credit card was correctly charged $47. Took an hour and a half; thankfully I wasn't in any hurry. Staff, to their credit, was friendly, helpful and apologetic for how long it took and how confusing the system made the process.
I will, of course, be keeping an eye on the credit card account to make sure everything gets processed properly.
