I really didn't want to turn in the XR since I only had it 25 days, but I'll get another one by using more TR reward points. The wheels keep turning.
It took at least 10 minutes for them to do it all, but it was a smooth process. After I reset to factory, they checked the IMEI and asked the carrier - I said Verizon since it's Tracfone, but they just seem to ask to tick the right checkbox in their system and that's it.
The Pixel 7 seems nice, I haven't set it up yet though.

iPhone 11 trade-in value is 525 at Bestbuy, 484 at Google.
