Update: Thank you all for the valuable suggestions. I tried 2 BB stores today, 1st store (14th st, NY) didn't allowed me to trade in without a Verizon account, they asked me the account details which I was not having. Then 2nd store (23rd st,Ny) first they checked Device and asked me to charge (47%) get back with battery more then 50%. I charged the phone for 15min in same store then went back to counter. Then the trade in process completed in 10, only thing he asked is this locked device. I said yes with Verizon. Finally got a Pixel 7 device. After trade in the XR I paid 52$. Thank you all again.
