(1) go to https://www.google.com/android/beta.
(2) click the button to enroll your phone.
(3) when you get a notification that there's an update on your phone, install it. I think it took less than a minute for me to get the notification.
(4) there's no step 4, but if you want to unenroll from the beta program you will have to wipe your phone UNLESS you do it after the release version of the beta software you installed is released. This is explained in the link above.

Anyhoo, my trade in of the pro for the iphone 11 from ST well smoothly, and the BB page now shows tax only on $225, so that is great!
I ordered the 11 on the 16th and the XR on the 21st, so somewhere in between they stopped shipping.
Was planning to get a non-pro pixel for my secondary phone account after an XR trade in.
I really thought ST would ship, otherwise could have ordered another iphone 11 from the walmart deal.
