I absolutely love these there's a reason these are the leader in anc buds. I have used mine ever since they came out I think a couple years ago. They are my favorite running ear and gym buds. No issues with fit or pairing. I have an s22 ultra and never had an issue with the auto pair.

There is a major faulty battery issue with these earbuds. I'd personally wait for an upgraded model.

Based on the reddit, it's fixed in v1.5. Not sure who to find if the device is v1.5. Planning to buy at Best Buy, they have extended return till Jan 14 and return based on it. BestBuy had the same price.

Had this issue on an old pair. Manufacturer replaced under warranty to the newer firmware version. Zero issues and the best buds I've used for NC.

Yes, I had these and returned them but the poor fit on ear tips was one of the reasons I did not like these headphones.

You don't their business model.. That loss is not surprising and they are absolutely OK with it. The intent is to integrate Amazon in with your home and daily life. This has always been Amazon's approach..

How much do you think Amazon pays to have Thursday night football and host it exclusively on Amazon Prime?

How much do you think they pay to not use UPS and USPS?

How about all the devices that use the Fire OS?

Their approach is extremely unique and exactly why their stock has soared for decades. Granted it's been sitting rather flat for the past year or two.
