Costco Online: Two $50 e-gift cards for $59.99, electronic delivery. $10 savings from regular price. So, 40% total savings from face value.
Synergy Gift Card network offers gift card redemption for 100s of Restaurants participating locations in various cities in
San Diego, Arizona, Las Vegas, Denver, Colorado Springs, San Antonio, and New Mexico. Plus a few in Mexico.
Does not appear to be any restrictions on use (i.e., treated as cash, not "bonus cards") but YMMV as to whether it works on happy hour. Some restaurants contacted say yes, some say no. So check ahead of time. Valid for dine in and take out but not online (or possibly phone) ordering or delivery. Some places only allow One card per person or table. Cannot tip on these.
FWIW: Los Sombreros in Arizona allows these cards on Happy Hour.
These do not expire and don't lose value. You can check your balance online.
Being marketed as "San Diego Gift Card" but valid at tons of locations in several states, so no need (or option) to buy a specific location-marketed card.
$10 manufacturer's savings is valid 11/15/22 through 11/29/22. While supplies last. Limit 10 per member.

I bought $200 worth of these last year and have used them successfully. Note: some restaurants must use a separate kiosk/point of sale system to redeem Synergy cards. If they say the card doesn't work it's because they aren't aware that they have a separate system for these, so ask them to get someone who knows where their Synergy redemption system is.

Not really "Southern California". More specific than that.

I have a son who lives in Pacific Beach, so the San Diego gift cards were a perfect gift for him last year.
And yes, don't consider SD to be SoCal. That is LA/OC/Ventura counties for me. I live in Santa Barbara county, which sometimes is for slick deals such as SoCal Disneyland discounts. Then it's a very large area.

Not saying it's not IN SoCal, just when people where I live in the Central Coast area now and when I lived in the Bay Area say if they are going to SoCal they mean LA/OC/Ventura counties.
If they are going to San Diego, they say San Diego.
