It looks like a low airflow Easybake oven.

Thanks for posting this OP Smilie

Bit of a head scratcher here.. I can't tell if this has a mesh front so it lets air in with fans you'd install in the front (from what I understand you really, really should install fans in the front and back for good air flow) .. while it's not available for sale on amazon here's the link anyways in case anyone wants to look at the amazon reviews too

https://www.amazon.com/Rosewill-C...op?ie=UTF8

I was also confused about how many drives you can fit into it .. I think they're trying to say you can purchase drive bays for more drives to be installed if you want? Strangely enough even the rosewill product page for this does not make this clear

I wish they made inexpensive high quality non grb lighting, glass cases again. I hate all the fancy flashing lights.. Attention should be in the screen, not the flashing lights. Just a subtle atx case with good airflow, with out glass and lights please.

I can't find the slickdeals thread for the life of me Smilie but this is another possibility at the same price

https://www.newegg.com/p/N82E16811147308?item=N82E16811147308&source=region&nm_mc=knc-googleadwords-... [newegg.com]

Rosewill Spectra D100 case ... but this has issues too Smilie ... I almost bought it but the reviews about the four case fans (which would normally be a great deal) all being attached to a questionable hub that tends to spark and die scared me away from buying it ... I do wish rosewill had just made them "normal" fans that you're responsible for providing the power for off the motherboard or an adapter cable to connect the fans to the power supply or the like ... which seems inconvenient for the customer true but if their "solution" is something this cheap why bother?

Newegg is also slated to have the Thermaltake S300 on sale tomorrow which is similar. It will be more than $50 but <$85.

Yes! oops I forgot USB C and I am not convinced I need water cooling, but it should have that capacity if needed.. Yes that is what I want for about $40.. They can keep the glass and lights.. I think that glass and lights are like putting stickers on your car or notebook just to look KOOL and to show off.. I am going to use a old case form a goodwill computer before I build one with flashing lights.

Mine is going under my desk, so I guess lights or not doesn't bother me too much, but certainly don't need to be paying extra for spinning lights Smilie The one from the op here is actually very minimal on lights, just missing USB-C for me and would love to have a slightly bigger radiator spot on top. Let's what the next week brings in terms of deals.

From looking at the user pics, it seems that the vertical slats on the front side are how it draws in air. If it was mesh you would see the RGBs, even through foam. It's hard to miss them from the front of my Meshify.

LOL. I don't blame you, but you can always replace them or just turn them off....

Arctic makes a good set of fans for cheap.

If this helps anyone.. although again the reviews about sparks coming from the case as far as the fan controllers scares me right off Frown .. but if you're willing to take a chance, I reached out to rosewill's customer support just out of curiosity and here's what they said when I asked if they would replace the fan controller for the four included fans if it sparks and dies soon after purchasing the PC case

" Thank you for contacting Rosewill.

that's.. actually a good question I wish I'd thought to ask them about that ! If it's modular that would be great but honestly I don't know .. tried doing some research on the 'net and came up blank.. my bad I just assumed it would be modular and you could swap a new hub in there

Take a look at this picture [neweggimages.com] - you can plainly see the fan controller hub [labelled Rosewill and has markings for Fan and LED]. Unless the included fans are terminated with proprietary connectors (e.g. like Corsair does) you can plug 'em up however you like (mind you, you may miss out on RGB sh*t and just get "plain" fans but whatever).

thanks for that Smilie .. that's really good to know and I'm sure it will help other people looking at this thread trying to decide if they want to take a chance on this PC case Smilie ... I wish I knew if you could just unscrew the fan controller hub (you'd kind of assume you could though right?) .... if rosewill is willing to just ship out a new fan controller if there's problems with the one you get with your case like I'm guessing many people are having judging from the newegg reviews that would go a long way towards making this case a more appealing buy.. well in my humble uneducated uninformed opinion anyways Stick Out Tongue (I'm sure there are a lot of people posting here who know a lot more about PC cases than I do Smilie )
