Roughly 12 hours ago I opened one of the qualifying accounts with the promo code. This morning I received an email confirming my eligibility of the the $150 promo and confirmation of the details previously listed.

I had the same question earlier.
There are 4 types of accounts. I just tried to enter a birthday of my 9 year old and got this on all 4 types:
"Account owner must be at least 18 years old to open an account. If you're not at least 18, please exit this application."
Looks like a hard "no".
Previous poster mentioned the $50 deal was still available though.
