Went to pick mine up and they had pallets of them stacked outside for pick up. It was raining all day. Boxes were all wet. Wow! Luckily mine is working fine. But I wouldn't be surprised if some bring them back.

Just got mine but it came broken. There are lines running in the middle of the screen and black blotches across the top of the TV. Any chance I bring it back for exchange or call for warranty replacement?
What, do you expect working 65" TV for $228? Wink

A few people in this thread said they used Wowfresh, Discovery and other coupons to get $10 off this TV but don't those coupons require it to be your first $50 grocery order? I also saw Paypal10 but that seems to the same thing ($10 off first $50 grocery order using paypal).

If the coupon works, who cares?

There is also no harm in trying it yourself.

No. They just work.

I used WOWFRESH on this one. Used PAYPAL10 on the last one (did not use Paypal)

Well picked up tv at store. They were bringing out several at a time for pickup. No damage, picture quality and evenness of back light was better than expected. Incredible deal for 228 (-10 for coupon) for a 65 inch lcd tv. Roku performance is a little slower but still acceptable

mine came in yesterday, in one of those Amazon looking delivery vehicles just rebranded with Walmart+. TV works fine, not bad for the price. Went ahead and purchased the 4 year warranty after the fact.

How did you purchase warranty after buying the TV? I tried the link on page 26(?) but it said I had no eligible products.

Picked up my TV this morning. Picture quality is fine. It is washed out a little bit if viewed from wide angle but nothing too terrible. Maybe my expectation is low because I have never owned a $300+ TV but this TV fits my need.

Anyone know if you can upgrade from the 4 year to 5 year warranty after purchase?

Anyone have dimensions of the box? Never mind looks like TCL site had it, in case anyone else needs it:

Package Size (WxHxD) (inches) -
64.8" x 39.4" x 8.4"

We tried to do that, and are getting the message (as others have commented) that we have "no eligible products." How did you do it?? TIA!

Ordered this TV last night, when it was available briefly around 7pm eastern, for store pickup. After reading several Black Friday threads over the years, getting TV's delivered for free as opposed to picking them up from the store seems to result in more damaged TV's.

The feet that come with the TV have to be placed roughly 50.2 inches apart. There's no ability to place them anywhere other than near the very ends. Since I want to re-use a stand roughly three feet or slightly more wide, I ordered the $8.25 leg stand from this thread - https://slickdeals.net/f/16217578-perlesmith-universal-table-top-tv-stand-for-22-65-inch-flat-screen...

Since the VESA pattern is 200mm, and the Q/A for that leg stand say a TV with 200mm spacing will place the legs roughly 12.5" apart, that TV is going to look funny. But it beats buying a new stand. Hopefully it won't be too wobbly in the left/right direction.

I'm also interested in knowing this. This was Best Buy's Black Friday TV from 2020 and it listed the box's dimensions. That one fit in the back of my Ford Escape (with the second row of seats down) like a glove. The height of the box fit the narrowest part of the width of the car with about an inch (possibly only a fraction of an inch) to spare:

https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hisense-65-class-h6510g-series-led-4k-uhd-smart-android-tv/6430857.p?sk... [bestbuy.com]

I would think this TV's box would have dimensions similar to 39.2" high by 64.1" wide by 7.3" deep. I guess walmart.com can't be a good website and post the box's dimensions like bestbuy.com can! If no one knows I'll probably bring a Honda Odyssey just to be on the safe side, because I once watched someone successfully load a 70 inch TV into the back of one of those with the seats folded down.

EDIT: TwixMonster, I saw you posted 64.8" x 39.4" x 8.4" for the box for this TV. Thank you!

It fit perfectly in the back of my 2020 CR-V.
