I took it back, and I'll keep using a 2010 Sony; the Sony was superior.

If you need a claim they're gonna ask you to do a few things like try to reset etc.
At this price don't expect them to repair it, your insurance warranty coverage has a limitation of the price you paid for the TV which is just over $200.
So if they wanted to send out a tech there would be a service fee for that along the labor and the cost of part which would likely exceed your coverage dollar amount therefore what they'll do is your refund the price paid for the TV.
Over the last decade and a half I've had to make three claims and that's how they handled it and it's usually handled within hours not days.
They will offer you digital currency refund such as PayPal or you can have them mail a check.

I got a 55S20 for this price on Black Friday 2020 (or maybe188, I forget). I am a semi-videophile (I noticed things but can't afford to buy to my standards :/).
Two years in, I am still impressed with it given the Black Friday pricing except for ARC audio drops with my receiver. I haven't put the work in to figure out whether it's the TV, the receiver or just the cable, so it's clearly not a deal-breaker
