I bought the $188 one and it was trash. Straight-on viewing was ..ok... but anything at even a slight angle and it was awful. This is the 55S41 $188 on Nov 8 or thereabouts, that I'm micro-reviewing.
I took it back, and I'll keep using a 2010 Sony; the Sony was superior.
I have a TCL 55" 4 series since they dropped to $299… like back in 2017. Used in bedroom so it's only straight - on viewing, room isn't large enough to test wide angles. But we have been very happy with the TV at price paid.
My fourth order just got cancelled. What an absolute debacle by Walmart. They need to update their system that allows customers to place orders for items that are not available.
Nope. And I have 3 of these. 2 of them from 2018 and the third from this deal.
Everything is great about my tv except that buzzing sound that I can hear from other side of room. Very annoying. My options are either go through warranty or just return to walmart.
Tip: If you own this TV and have a remote lying around for a Roku stick or Ultra LT or Ultra that you're not using, you can use it with this TV.
Yesterday, I took the batteries out of the remote that came with the TV, put them into a Roku Ultra LT (that I'm not currently using) remote, rebooted the TV, pressed the pairing button on the Roku Ultra LT remote and got it to pair with the TV.
Nice upgrade from a simple remote (that you have to point at the TV) to an enhanced remote (that you can point anywhere and with microphone so you can use voice commands)

Not really a tip… it's a roku tv, you can use any roku remote. Should be common sense.
I've got a dark arch coming up from the bottom perfectly in the middle. Also have lots of random light spots scattered around the screen. This tv was a miss.
Update: they're sending me a new tv but this one is OOS. I think I heard her give a model number with a 55 and they are crazy if they think I'm alright with that lol.

Daily usage? I barely use mine. Maybe 2hrs a month. Not a TV person but needed for when I need it.

But I think the fun is over, I don't see any more stock popping up in the last 24 hours
