The grey camo is the latest by eight months and if any of them are going to have the fix, if there even is one, I'm betting that one has it for sure. At least I'm playing it safe in my head by choosing that one. I got the Asurion 3 year insurance for 5.99 because shit happens.

We have a galactic purple along with a white and a black, and if you game a lot, you can tell that there's a slight difference in the feel. We actually haven't had issues with drift on any of our controllers, except the white one did when we first got it, but it hasn't been a problem in like a year.

So drift specifically? Can't really say, but the analog feel on the purple definitely feels just a little bit tighter.

Nice find! Worth mentioning that PS5 controllers also work on PS3 (not on PS4!). It's hard to find new geniune dualshock PS3 controllers nowadays...

Super random but good to know! I still have my backwards compatible PS3 hooked up for the occasional PS2 or PS1 game I want to play over HDMI and with an OEM wireless controller. I'll be very sad when it craps out one day

I have the Drop x Sennheiser PC38X and a Razer Kaira Pro. I like both but slightly prefer the pc38x because it's wired, and I plug it right into the controller.

If he's tough on controllers idk what I would get him though. These are both over $100, even on sale. I still have the box for the Kaira Pro, I use it to store the headphones in. That one is really cool because it has haptics, the whole headset rumbles
