I couldn't checkout. I tried PayPal etc on my PC, and I even switched my region to Sweden on my Xbox. I couldn't get it to work. I know those who were able to get it will enjoy it.

For 4 it should be everything. For 5, it's everything based on what's currently available except for the treasure map which is I think 2.99 extra. This does include the second expansion for 5 which isn't out yet.
