I wouldn't say Husky tools are comparable to harbor freight lol.

I sorted by price and limited it to 25' models. At this price, there are only 3 models left that are cheaper. The cheapest isn't comparable as it is a different style (the exposed cage style that I do not want to touch).
The 2nd and 3rd look like cheaper plastics with one having middling reviews and the other only has 2 reviews.
More expensive is the cheaper ridgid model with middling reviews. Husky is more expensive (I have no experience with it personally, but most husky tools are comparable to harbor freight tools and I don't buy them unless I need a disposable/give away tool).
The comparable ridgid is $24 more at this price and I would save the money and buy the Milwaukee. It has good reviews and is the same plastics they use for fish tapes and such (so you can chuck it in the back of a van and it won't hurt it).
The milwaukee also has a hex drive option for power feed that looks like you could easily hook a drill to it. Maybe pair an m12 drill with the clutch set lower.

Not all of them, for sure. But the level of quality in their screwdrivers, knives, hammers and any other "generic" hand tool is not great and hypothetically I wouldn't go out of my way to drive from harbor freight to get a husky tool for a job that the tool is going to be used in a short lifespan sort of way. I'm not going to use my nice Wiha's as prybars or demo tools, but a demo flathead from harbor freight will do a one-time job just as easily as a husky demo screwdriver.

I think husky's socket sets are perfectly fine for my level of use and I also have Harbor freight impact sockets and odd sizes like 32mm for Honda CV joints that were cheap and have been with me for over 10 years.

Each brand has a strength and weakness. I didn't say Husky was junk either, just that in my mind they are a 3rd tier tool brand that serves a purpose. I like to live in that second tier with some intermingled 1st tier (when I find a good deal) and 3rd tier (when I need something cheap).

To swing back around though. My main point was the Milwaukee tool for less money than the Husky is easily a no brainer. Milwaukee is built with contractors/jobsite abuse in mind and Husky is built with homeowners/residence use in mind.

I own the rigid snake. I've used it often and found that it handle just as well as a more expensive snakes with a dedicated driver.

That being said I would choose this Milwaukee option if I were in the market for a power snake. Only because of the price difference.

I think I the style of the grip on the rigid is more comfortable.

I have used the Rigid snakes for years and years in the rental property business and they last for years with proper cleaning and rinsing/coating with WD40 after use. But at this price point, if I needed a new one, I would give it a shot..

There are many 1* reviews for this trapsnake that is preventing me from making my purchase. Most of the 5* reviews are from the seed program. I think many here use the Ridgid.

yep! many reviews sound similar. I'm staying with ridgid one. Running 400+ apartment units and been using Ridgid snake weekly. Still staying strong, little maintenance. Had to replace some bent cables though.

Good price for an auger that has an optional power unit. Hope its ez to clean as the Ridgid. After clearing out any clog the cable is filthy, smelly and disgusting. My Ridgid is usually tossed outside for the rain to wash out LOL

bought it after seeing you can attach a drill to it. my hand would hurt if doing manually. looks good deal. the powered one is $300 more i think. with this and a drill, it saves a lot of money.

Not recommend there's another tube looking tool made for that.
