Sometimes they will send satisfactory or fair conditions and just slaps an "excellent" sticker on it.

Definitely luck of the draw. I am OP from the other thread. I picked a "fair" one. It was like new in box with everything for $299.99 plus tax.

I got mine with the green version today, almost in mint condition, except very minor paint scratch on the back side. $400 before tax. Phone is smooth, didn't see the OS issue that others are complaining about.
Pleased with the purchase.

Considering this is the newest line, isn't it safe to say it's only been used a couple of months and is pretty much like new? And they shouldn't be selling defective phones. It's not like buying an office chair from a liquidator where you have no idea how old it is and who tf sat in it.

Weaker reviews on this phone. From memory leaks to lack of the original OS that made OP famous to overall lackluster everything.

I got this at the last BB sale few weeks ago. Wish it was the 12/256, but for under $400 you're getting a phenomenal deal.

Agreed. Almost bought this yesterday, but instead found an iPad mini 6 "satisfactory" for 327 and it was like new. I got a Z fold satisfactory last month and it was busted.

Got a BB open box excellent condition for $324 on the last deal. Came in excellent condition, like new. Guess I got lucky. All I can say is that this phone is amazing. Very light, feels just right in the hands. Fast and responsive.
