Note that BestBuy introduced restocking fee of $45 for phones since September 15, 2022.

I found out the hard way while returning a phone which didn't have software support I needed.
I paid the restocking fee, and closed my BestBuy account. I'll be shopping with Amazon/CostCo instead.

Yes there will be. Last month they offered a $200 trade in bonus, so people were getting this phone for about $300 out of pocket after trading in an old OnePlus. I'm sure they will at least match that deal, and if not they don't deserve to sell out.

Sounds like it's for locked phones only? I don't think it would apply to unlocked phones since you don't activate anything
