Resolved: How to make deal alerts only match specific words?

I made a deal alert for "Red Pocket" to look out for any deals from Red Pocket Mobile but I get deal alerts that have nothing to do with the company. I think it just looks for "Red" and "Pocket" anywhere in the thread. Is there a way to have it specifically match "Red Pocket"? Do quotes work in keywords?

I could probably solve it by putting Red Pocket Mobile as the keyword but I'd still like to know the answer in case I have other deal alerts I want to make.

yes, quotes do work. take a look at this da guide written by one of our community managers for tips/guidance on da formulation
