My old $100 one we had for a few years worked so much better, was larger, heated up / cooked faster, and had things like Pre-Heat & Auto pause when you open the bin.
These seem to take twice as long when using both bins and they are for sure smaller than my old single unit. Just something to consider

I'm unsure what the other user was talking about but maybe they adjusted the settings/temp on the other basket. There's also Smart Cook option that can extend the time. This setting is so your meal comes out all at once and you don't have one item getting cold while another is still cooking.
Anyways, we use this with the pork belly from Costco. Dry the skin and put your seasonings on, let sit in fridge for a day. Cook up crispy pork belly so go with rice/noodles/whatever else you want and a dinner that everyone eats.
There's two things I'm not exactly thrilled about with this model: The size and extension cord length. This thing is massive, for me anyways. This takes up half of a base cabinet. We have dedicated one side of a cabinet to this thing as we don't like it sitting on the counter. Gets a little heavy after a long day and the last thing you want to do is clean up. The other thing I don't like is the cord length. It seems short; maybe 3'. I place this on the island to save prep space for other things and the outlets are a little far. The hot air exits out the back with some force and we have to pay attention where we aim the exhaust.
