I own one. It's nice to have if you have pets. Battery lasts about 40min but it's long enough to do the couches and some spots on the floor. Takes a special formula from bissel but requires no rinsing so it leaves a pleasant smell. Suction is pretty good and no leaks so far. Owned it for almost a year, use it about twice a month. Just keep it clean and rinse it out after use, especially around the gasket so the soap doesnt ruin it.
It will also destroy anything that get's between it and its search for the Allspark.

Mixed reviews. Many people say suction is not very good. There are some pet stain cleaner devices that plug in. I have one of the plug-in and those work well.

How good is this?

I've had two of these...the first one fell on tile and started leaking, so totally my fault.
Overall I think this has been a life saver. I have two dogs and a cat...most of what I clean up is liquidy puke. This thing gets the carpet spotless every time. I use it a few times a month, battery is always long enough to get a few spots..I've never had the battery die in me.
For the suction comment: you have to tilt it up to nearly 90° to get the good suction. Mine has great suction, and it's able to pull water and the cleaning solution out of the carpet just fine.
I paid around 100 for the first and 75 for the second on sale. If I needed another I'd get this again.
I got three with the same problem. When the tank gets full it leaks all the dirty water onto the area you just cleaned. Lowe's was unloading them for $20. I called Bissell and they sent me a replacement twice. All three have the same problem. I gave up and just wrap an old rag around it when I use it. Hopefully they've fixed this problem but it looks exactly like mine.
Used it a lot on carpets when potty training pup. Occasionally still have to use it. Since its battery operated, it's been very convenient and it's relatively small compared to the other ones I looked at (little green portable vaccum). Prior to this we'd try to use paper towels, but paper towels always leave something behind. This may not be the best at suction, but it's portable and convenient and gets the job done.
I would pay this much to have someone properly recycle mine for me. It's trash. Worked ok for very small accidents but so annoying to run it over and over to get clean. After a few uses it just leaks everywhere so you have to clean the spots it leaked on. Eventually had to wrap it in a bag so it wouldn't create a bigger mess. After a few months I bought a standing wet vac for $80 that takes the same amount of effort to use and clean/maintain while doing a way better job

It's too heavy to handle and too weak to clean anything.

Get something like this. It's more powerful and easier to use.
