I don't think it works that way.

On this car charger, you could simultaneously charge one of them super fast via the 25W USB-C port, and the other one via the USB-A port (with a USB-A to lightning cable or a USB-A to C cable), which isn't terrible but isn't fast charging.

Or you could look for a more powerful charger like this Spigen 75W which has dual USB-C ports but doesn't support PPS, so you won't get maximum fast charge speed on the Galaxy or Pixel. However it is a good deal at $23 and could handle even a Macbook.

I'm less familiar with Scosche but they are an American company with some chargers sold at Costco, and they have this 60W dual charger for $33.43 [amazon.com] which supports PPS and would be the perfect specs for simultaneously charging two of the latest phones.

There are cheaper no-name [amazon.com] PPS options as well, but I'm not inclined to recommend saving a few bucks on a generic chinese-import power supply for your sensitive $1,000 hardware.

Thanks for the helpful info!

Could the anker 50w car charger (30w+20w), charge a lenovo t480s laptop that has a usb c charger but normally uses 65w wall charger?
I'm no expert on these matters, but generally you'd want a charger that delivers 65W from a single port to charge your laptop.
Some less powerful chargers will charge your laptop more slowly, particularly if you're not using the laptop at the same time for power-intensive things, but it's a YMMV thing. See here [reddit.com].

Spigen's topic description says "Supports all major charging protocols with PPS", here you're saying it doesn't support PPS... Could you please clarify which one is it?

Answering my question - I received response from Spigen support: "...the PC2200 USB-C Car Charger supports PPS charging..."
