Not me, I have had these shoes for about a year, hiked and walked everywhere with them and never rolled my ankle yet

Maybe I'm different. I have been using Merrell for 5-6 years and my first pair is still strong. I don't know if merrell causes issue with ankles? My ortho friend actually recommended me this brand at the beginning for the barefoot running shoes since it's actually safer and helps with circulation. I am lucky since I used barefoot trail, waterproof boot, jungle moc and I don't have any issues so far. Sizing is true to size to me.

You're not wrong, I think for every day kind of walking on flat terrain these are terrific, in fact for two years these were my go to every day winter shoes, I didn't have the fur just the insulated. Last year was doing work around the house and took a few things up into the attic, coming down the round heel caused a misstep on the last step causing me to land my full weight on my ankle. This was the worst sprain I've ever had and took over 4 months to rehab from. I would say day to day errands and quick trips around town to but don't get lulled into a false sense of security with these slip ons compared to a traditional lace up shoe. Just a warning

Do you live in a state with actual winter weather? Reports from others is that these are terribly slippery and poor in snow and slush

These Jungle Moc are very comfortable. I am getting 4 pairs for my family members. Split into 2 orders and paid by two different AMEX cards with $20 off $75 each. $27 a pair is definitely a steal!
