This might be a bad analogy, but one is a dumb down iPad, the other is a souped up Mac . You can't do much on the BB one like adjusting the weight, swapping out the cartridge, and probably has inferior sound. But you get simplicity such as auto start/stop so all you just need to do is put the record in and hit play. Someone who doesn't know what they are doing on the pricier model can mess up the weight adjustments and things can go downhill quickly.

Direct Drive (motor sits directly under the platter) instead of an offset motor and driven by a pulley system (can be speed variances caused by that) and is fully speed adjustable with the slider. Swappable needle cartridge vs the built-in. Weight adjustable tonearm (how much pressure is applied on the vinyl) and anti-skate. RCA with ground vs 3.5mm to RCA cable (can help with hums, buzzing, and other ground loop symptoms). USB provides direct connectivity to a computer for recording and other purposes.

At @$179 like your link the AT-LP3 in this other thread would be a better option as it sits just above from an upgradeability standpoint.

Turntables are niche at this point so the value is debatable.
