Credit reports are a scam unless you are dirt poor. They didn't exist before the 80s. You take a small point hit for closing a credit card, and 6 months later you'll have a 150+ increase for no reason. It's stupid.

People's credit scores go down when they pay off debt. It's a stupid system you shouldn't give a shit about unless you're broke and under 300.

Instant approval as well and the $200 already added. I buy a lot from Amazon so it makes sense unfortunately. Kind of surprised at the credit limit too. Not what I expected at all.

if u applied a couple of weeks back & haven't touched the $150 gc u got or used the rewards card yet, they might hook u up with the extra $50. I called & they came thru. shows as a refund of $50 from a previous item bought (which is kinda weird) on to my gc. i said it's been about 20 days since i got instantly approved.

Hahahaha. I got approved for 30k, and when I told my wife, she said "can't you buy a car from Amazon?" LMAO
