I have the Thrustmaster T-Flight HOTAS One and I like it quite a bit. Been great for Flight Simulator, Chorus, and SW:Squadrons

You can also add "Honeycomb Aeronautical Bravo Throttle Quadrant" to your current joystick and have semi-decent Airbus setup (first officer experience, because your joystick is for right hand only), then add "Honeycomb Alpha Flight Controls Yoke" for general aviation/Boeing experience. It's more expensive, but more versatile path. Also, it takes huge amount of space on your desk. And Airbus-style throttle levers are not included in Honeycomb, you can use generic levers, or buy Airbus levers separately.
