FWIW, I've ordered Apple gift cards from Amazon several times without issues. Just load them into you Apple account the second you get them.

Such a pain. I tried to order the Apple e-gift card over the last 2 days but kept getting the "The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your purchase." Because I originally backed out after I applied the code on the order? So I finally figured out that if you click the button at the bottom of the page labelled "Review Order", it'll update the page and show the "Promo credit" on the right side of the page. However, I no longer want the damn thing after the hoops Amazon made me jump through.

Remember: If you apply the code or click the link that auto-applies the code, it's tied to your account and not per order attempt. So if you back out of the order, and then attempt to order again, the code is still on your account which is why you can't enter it again.

I did this deal on both Apple cards on the 24th. If I add either to my cart, the Apple Promo language still shows making it look like I can get the deal again.
Not willing to gamble that's the case...wish Amazon would communicate more clearly.

Where does the $15 promo credit show up? I already finished depositing the Apple GC into my Apple ID but I have yet to see the $15 Amazon promo credit..

I was struggling for 2 days until I saw your post where to find the promo credit. Amazon should modify the message to something like "Promo code applied to your account"
