My status Updated from activate for 24 days to a new member activated device WTF.
I just called customer service couple of days and saying nothing to worry it will get updated right.
I chat with service and escalated it to a specialist. This deal is so mess up.

Can you explain a bit further what your issue is? Are doing the 30 day as an exsisting member, but it shows you as new member instead?

Where does it mention that the promo is also good for exsisting customers? I only read it is for new members when I click the promo details? Did it change today?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. Why risk a $600 discount. Thanks, Happy New Year!

As long as the phone remains active, the number changes don't impact it. For two of the three phones we bought, we did mid-stream port-ins with no issue.

It depends on when you checked yesterday and today. The countdown is updated every 24 hrs. Let's say yours is updated each day at 10AM.

- If you checked at 9AM 12/31 and it said 14 more days.
- At 10AM 12/31, it got updated to 13 more days but you didn't check again.
- At 10AM 1/1, it got updated to 12 more days, and you checked some time today after 10AM. It'll appears that it decreased by two days.

I was doing a 30 days existing but instead did not recognize my account as current and instead considered me as new customer.

How soon did you place order for phone after activating the 30 day sim from BB? Was it at least 48 hours or not?

Might be good trade bait. Still on my S20 since release. Don't feel the need to upgrade.

Ya I read here that you need to wait at least 24 hours and possibly 48 hours after sim activation to order Fi phone for it to work correctly and give you the 30 day instead of 120 days.
