I was close to making an ebay purchase today since my countdown is almost over. I am glad I did not.
Also almost purchased the $138 offer from ebay for s21.

Timing kind of sucked... I did buy another S22... will swap my wife's S21. For $29+tax on $299 it was worth making the swap even if it's just so I have another S22 to swap later on.

I did confirm on chat that the current 'offer' is new and different from the one in December... so we were eligible.

You had manual intervention to fix your timer. I suspect the timer is based on when they fixed your clock and not the actual activation time of the promo device, so that they use a true 24 hr cycle to count days (rather than say midnight). If you check again another day, it will likely change at the same time that you determined here.

My P7 was activated at 8AM and it's usually updated by 9AM. The other phones were activated around 5PM and they usually get updated by 6PM.

At 12:30PM today, I took screenshots of their counts. I will check again at 7PM today. I expect the P7 count to remain unchanged because it was already update this morning, while the counts for the other phones will change. I'll post an update.
So even though yesterday my timer updated to 1 day left at 3:30pm, today it didnt update - still 1 day left

My S22 line was updated yesterday around 6PM to "1 day left". It'll be checking it at 6:30PM to see if it gets updated to "Earned". My P7 line got updated this morning as usual.

EDITED: Nope. Didn't get updated at 6PM as it usually did.

My other two S22 phones with 13 and 19 days left did get updated at 6PM as usual. I wonder if a phone on the last day of the term gets processed differently (to update the last check item, move the promo to the Earned column, etc).

What happens if I activate as an existing user and I made the purchase immediately? Now the 600 deal is not activated? I made a mistake ? Can they deactivate me or will I have a problem? Customer service has told me that the specialists will have to see it, any experience with this? I rushed 😢

If you used a BYOD SIM to become a Fi member and placed your order immediate, Fi system often failed to recognize that the S22 was activated by an existing member and flagged it as being activated by a new member. That should be shown with a yellow exclamation mark when you view the checklist by logging into your Fi account on a computer-->Billing-->Fi Savings-->In progress. What does your Fi Savings info show?

I bought it at BB, activated it on an iPhone and then made the purchase. So there is no arrangement, they will remove the promotion and I will have to pay it in full? Any advice?

I don't know what you meant by "there is no arrangement".

Have you activated the S22+ ? Based on the screenshot, you haven't activated it yet. As such, we don't know if the system will see the activation as done by an existing member or a new member.

Download the Fi app to the S22+ using WiFi and run the Fi app to activate the phone. It'll say that the number is currently on another phone (your iPhone) and do you want to transfer to the S22+. Reply Yes and it'll activate the S22+. Wait 24 hrs then check your Fi Savings to see if everything looks good (no exclamation mark) and the countdown is shown.

When did you activate the S22+ ? If it's more than 48 hrs ago and the activation is not recognized in the checklist, then contact Fi support.

I only activated it this afternoon, it just arrived today, so is it normal for it to look like this in the account? Will it be updated at some point then?

Give it at least 24 hrs after activation for the Fi Savings info to be updated.
