Mailed from CT on 9th, received 19th, credit 24th.. never called but tracking although terribly slow did work for mine..my due back date was the 22nd...

Estimated delivery date of my white 128GB S22 (ordered on 1/17) was changed from 1/25-2/9 to 2/8-2/9. Don't know if the narrower window means they have a firmer date of when it will be shipped. At least they didn't push the dates further out.

Not sure if it was because of the support ticket.. magically both my trade ins reached Nashville on the same day...and out for Delivery on Saturday.. but was missed due to the business being closed on weekend. Hopefully they deliver tomorrow and I can have one less thing to worry :-)

As mentioned, it may take some time between when USPS shows as received and Google marks as received

My trade in value ($460) was higher than the phone price ($399). It only refunded the $399 to credit card paying the phone (Not including the tax) and left $70 as credit in the google Fi account. Is there a way to get the $70, if I'm not going to use the Fi monthly plan? Thanks!

If you have another phone with a trade-in value around $300 (like an iPhone11), do the deal again to use up your Fi credit. You can also pause your Fi service (for up to 90 days) and wait for a new Fi deal without losing the Fi credit.

After my current S22 completed its terms a few days ago, I have $35 in Fi credit so I ordered another S22 on 1/28 and it's scheduled for delivery around Feb 1 - 2. Rinse and repeat. I will trade in a refurbished iPhone11 that I got for free from Tracfone with my rewards points.

My promo will "earned" in 4 days. I'm thinking to order an S22+ on the same line. I'm concerned that if I order now it'll mess up the existing promo and ordering in 4 days might be too late if Fi remove the S22 series after the S23 launches tomorrow.

Great question! Hopefully someone here that has done this can chime in.

I once did this with Sprint/TMO back on one of the huge Slickdeals and I got a check. But the credit was to me complaining to corporate because one of the less popular CB sites refused to honor their CB. (I realize that has no bearing on answering your question , just a random comment, lol)

No Refund. The credit balance will stay in your FI account although you are not an active customer.

You can use the remaining balance next time you join FI again.

^^ Not saying you're wrong but this is what a chat rep told me: "Any remaining credit after the second bill, the balance will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 30 days of the second closing bill." I will see if he/she's correct in a month.

If you have credit balance from trade-in, or customer refer, you will not get refund back to your credit card.

After I placed my order, the new S22 shows up the next day under In Progress "Current Member activate within 30 days of shipment".

AkumaX said he ordered the next S22 about 5-7 days before his current one finished the terms without interrupting the current phone's promo.

"back to the original form of payment" is the key point. If your Fi credit is from an overpayment with your cc, or from cancelling before the end of a billing period, then Fi will refund to your cc after 1-2 billing cycles. I've got refunds for both of those reasons. When your credit is from referral or excess trade-in, you won't get a refund.
