I have 4 lines on Fi now, 3 with 120-day promo and 1 with 30-day. If I pause/cancel the 30-day promo line, are the bill credits still usable across the account?

My acct is on pause - not sure if I should try to get an s23 or just close the account - I have over $100 in credit but I think it will be wasted if I close
Update: I know this thread is a ghost town but I closed my account with a $165 credit balance. The billing statement hit and I did not get any sort of refund. The credit still shows on my canceled account under Fi savings
