    • phone must be in good condition to qualify for full $246 trade in credit

  6. Select coverage (additional fees will apply) or skip

  8. Your total will be $449 - $150 instant savings - $246 trade in value = $53 + free shipping.
    • You'll receive a kit to safely mail your old phone. After your old phone is inspected you'll get an email confirming its value and receive the credit in 2-5 days. Just chiming in that I did a trade-in with Google store and everything went smoothly. I'm sure some people have or had difficulties. But they were great for me. The phone came within days. Then the package to return my trade-in came. I was slow to return it. They reminded me that I hadn't and should within X days otherwise the trade-in value might diminish, which is fair. I mailed the trade-in, and the refund that made the net purchase price like $91 was issued within 3 days. Smooth and easy.

Any experience with the return policy? Seems generous for the holidays. I'm thinking of trading in my 3XL to get this for $99 but will definitely not want it if they refuse my trade-in. Guessing if they refuse or offer less for my trade-in, I can just go ahead and return to the 6a for a full refund right?

I have a iPhone 7+ with aftermarket screen, aftermarket front camera and not working home button. Do you think they would accept it? lol

And if it gets rejected, can I return the google phone that is not open for full refund
?

I have 2 iPhone 6 (carrier locked to Tracfone) devices but in good condition !
Do you guys think this is the best chance to get rid of those or is there any other better-yielding way to get those off hands?

Refund back to CC the same or next day once Google got your phone and inspected. BUT the time the kit send to customer then send back may take up a month because USPS delay or even lost. So I send the trade in once I get the kit the same or next day. The trade in value will reduce if Google got it after 30 days. Don't forget take pictures or video of your trade in.

i know that my question would be better to a customer service in google or something like that but, do you know where google receive this kind of packedges? because..... sound scary the issue with USPS...

It's the company do the trade in and inspect. I'm in CA and the kit come from Indianapolis, IN .
