  2. Under "Choose a carrier", select "Unlocked"
  3. Under "Have a phone to trade in?", select "Get estimate"
  4. Using the drop down menus, select Apple, iPhone 7, 32GB
    • phone must be in good condition to qualify for full $246 trade in credit
  5. Click "Add trade-in"
  6. Select coverage (additional fees will apply) or skip
  7. Add to cart
  8. Your total will be $449 - $150 instant savings - $246 trade in value = $53 + free shipping.
    • You'll receive a kit to safely mail your old phone. After your old phone is inspected you'll get an email confirming its value and receive the credit in 2-5 days. The final amount refunded to your card may be higher or lower than Google's estimate if its condition is different than what you indicated in the Trade-in wizard. If the trade-in refund exceeds the cost of your new Pixel phone, the excess amount will be provided as Store Credit.

So I got the pixel pro 7 and it's says discount 899 then the price is goes to 0 . I signed up for a monthly and a trade . So does that mean its free or do they mean no money down. I'm confused

Received my trade-in kit today. Mailed out my iPhone 7 32GB (bought from eBay for $59) the same day to Dock 25 in TN 37086 using the pre-paid label.

How long does it take to get the $100 Google store credit? I got my delivery Monday and still no email about the $100 Google store credit using the superfan codes.

Receive the trade-in kit. You receive this brown padded envelope to put your phone in and a box. Not the most secure way to send a phone.

Got my trade in kit yesterday but the phone never arrived, picked up by fedex last Wednesday 8 days ago. Wait Or dispute with cc/PayPal ?

status of fedex tracking? if you don't want it then dispute otherwise would think you contact google first? If fedex tracking says it's delivered then he said she said good luck.

FedEx tracking said it was picked up then nothing since..,says delayed pending but no updates for over a week. Don't really feel like contacting google nor fedex
